You will need to confirm you have fully understood the following: What to expect during your stay: – SCAFFOLDING & VISUAL IMPACT: scaffolding around the building; common areas, outside access and internal staircase may not be well maintained. – BUILDING NOISE WEEKDAYS 7AM–4PM (SOME SATURDAYS): noise can be loud — best to plan being out during these hours. – Afternoons after 4pm, evenings, Sundays and public holidays are not affected. Bed configuration: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Single pull-out sofa-bed in the living room. SOFA-BED For bookings of 3 or 4 guests requiring separate sleeping arrangements, which will trigger the use of the sofa bed, an added linen fee of $30 will apply.
