This studio is a beautiful and peaceful space in the heart of Surry Hills with easy access to Central Station. It is newly renovated and has a large private balcony to enjoy the sun. There is a small nook with a comfy chair and small table for you to relax in. The fresh kitchenette and bathroom have all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient stay. The studio has a new double bed, a TV for all your streaming needs and is a short stroll to some of the best cafes and restaurants in Sydney. The space The building is a classic Sydney terrace set in the heart of Surry Hills. It's surrounded by a mix of residential and industrial buildings. Although the building is older, the studio has been freshly renovated for a comfortable stay. Guest access There is a common entry and hallway, however the entire studio including the kitchenette and bathroom are for your exclusive use. Other things to note The studio is on the first floor of the building, access via one flight of stairs. Please note check in time is from 4 pm. You can drop off your luggage earlier on the day of your check in from 10:30AM if you need. We will let you know if your accommodation is available for earlier check in. Check out time is by 9:00 am. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate late check outs, as we need sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for the next guest.
