IMPORTANT: You MUST read “Other Details To Note” The space Perfectly situated in a quiet and family friendly neighbourhood located close to shops, Toronto Pearson Airport (11 mins), downtown Toronto (15 mins), access to hwy 427, Qew and walking distance (8 mins) to Applewood plaza with grocery store (Longos), fitness centre, bakery, shoppers drug mart, LCBO liquor store, and many other stores. 5 min drive to Dixie Outlet Mall, Sherway Gardens shopping mall, Costco, Walmart, Starbucks, and many favourite restaurants. Great walking trails close by new port credit, Humber River, and many others. Easy access to downtown Toronto, or Niagara Falls but nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees and great walking paths and parks. IMPORTANT: You MUST read “Other Details To Note” Guest access Entire secondary apartment unit (connected to main house) with private access - smart lock code entry (to be provided 24 hours in advance) for contactless access. Other things to note Due to a serious incident on June 29, 2026, we now have ZERO tolerance for unauthorized visitors or events. Cameras along driveway will capture each individual arriving and there will be a penalty of up to $500 per unregistered person, you may be subject to losing your Airbnb account, your reservation may get cancelled and there will be no refunds. Potential penalty of up to $2000 for unauthorized events. - Age 25+ to book - age verification may be needed - Larger groups will be $1500 per day to book for a maximum of 15 guests (event ends and guests depart ON or BEFORE 11 pm otherwise additional fees for overnight will be charged per person. - Contract is required as well as upfront with a non-refundable deposit of $500 and $500 security deposit that is refunded if there are no incidentals. Check in time for events TBD for a maximum of 8 hours before 11 pm (except for the contract holder plus 3 guests). During the summer, a certified lifeguard may be a requirement ($50/hour). - maximum number of cars for events is 4 on property. All others will need to find street parking which is available and free of charge. FOR STANDARD AIRBNB BOOKINGS: - Age 25+ to book - age verification may be needed - Rental agreement/waiver needed - Please remove outdoor shoes when entering property - Pool (seasonal) and hot tub access - Waiver needs to be signed. Absolutely no children under 12 left unattended in hot tub or pool. - NO SMOKING anywhere in or around property unit. Designated area 10ft away from house or by entrance of driveway. - This is a fully contained and private apartment and private access BUT is physically attached to main house via mudroom/deck. - NO visitors unless pre cleared. Unauthorized guests (up to $2000 penalty) or $150/night:/person. - Property accommodates two cars on private driveway. Please confirm when booking in number of parking spots needed if more than 2. - Absolutely NO events, NO parties allowed (including unauthorized visitors) and can lead to a $2000 penalty. - There are no bedrooms (1 mudroom can be made available and converted to bedroom with queen sized air mattress (or two twin beds) for groups of 3-4 only) - it is a studio with couches that can convert to two twins or king bed.
