The space This property is located in the quiet upscale neighborhood of Hillsboro Shores known for the historic Hillsboro Inlet and Lighthouse. Designed for fun and relaxation this unique private single family home is all yours to enjoy. The interior of the house has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have LED TVs and all 3 bedrooms have their own full private bathroom with rain shower. There is a full modern kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, sun room with soft seating and board games, full laundry room and a living room with a 75” LED TV and Bluetooth stereo system. TVs are set up for all major streaming apps. The exterior of the house features a private wrap around backyard area with pool and heated spa, hot and cold outdoor shower, outdoor dining area under a tropical tiki hut, bistro style string lights, gas grill, outdoor seating, swings, putting green and yard games. The house includes a key fob to access the beach from two private beach gates just a five minute walk away. The beach features sun shine, surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, rocks and reef for snorkeling and the Hillsboro Lighthouse. The house comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, a variety of beach toys, snorkel gear, cooler and a beach umbrella. There is a $100.00 fee to replace the beach gate key fob if it is lost.
