Soak up the sun and read a book next to the salt pool in the private backyard. You get the entire house for your-selves to enjoy. We live close and we are happy to help or just meet you. Snacks, variety of tea, coffee and water are available to start you off. No parties or loud gatherings. The place is geared towards relaxing vacations, a stop on the way to catch a cruise or remote work. Sorry, no spring break parties. Please note that the maximum number of guests at any given time is 6. We are close to fishing, paddle boarding, kite surfing, beaches, zip lining, kayaking. There is a secluded kayak launch pad just across the street. Watch a rocket from Cape Canaveral as it soars through the sky from your door step. There are two adult size beach cruiser bikes, fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, some beach toys, beach towels. Indoor exercise bike is available in the sunroom. Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, cruise ship terminals are a just a short drive away. You can drive, cycle or walk to the marina where you can watch manatees play. You can take long walks along Banana river and watch dolphins. Shopping is a mile away. For dining out, you have seafood restaurants and grills near by. We live next door and we are available to help over the phone or in person. Noise alert*****There is a small airport, Merritt Island Airport a few miles away used by small private planes. You will hear and see the planes flying above. ***For our guest safety, there are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property only. No surveillance cameras are located inside the house. ***We cannot accommodate early an check in if there are guests checking out on the day of your arrival. Same rule applies to late check out. We do have requests for early check in and late check out more often than not. As much as we want to accommodate all requests, we do need the time between check out and check in to clean, sanitize, maintain, and prepare all indoor and outdoor areas for the arrival guests. That is a time consuming task and it normally takes 5-6 hours. We would like the house to be in top notch shape for our guests to enjoy. We would gladly accommodate an early check in if there are no guests checking out on the day of your arrival. Vice versa, if no one is checking in on the day of you departure, we would accommodate a late check out. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, except the storage shed. Other things to note We are not equipped for EV charging. However, if you chose to charge your vehicle at the house, there will be $20 fee per day.
