The space 🏡 A functional and comfortable space for group stays Each of the 3 rooms has: 🛏️ Comfortable bed ❄️ Air conditioning 📺 TV 💻 Work area 🛋️ The double bed is on a loft-type mezzanine, accessible by narrow 50 cm stairs. Ideal for those who have no problem with small spaces. 🚿 The apartment has 2 full bathrooms with hot water; small, but functional. 🚗 Parking available on the street, right in front of the property. We have surveillance cameras and an alarm system at night. We also leave our cars there with confidence. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome kit that includes: 🧴Shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap 🧻 Toilet paper 💧 Purified water ☕ Coffee, tea, sugar and coffee mate 🍿 Popcorn 🧻 Napkins When you run out, you can easily replenish in supermarkets. Guest access 🏠 There are three apartments in total in the house, which share the same entrance. Your space is fully independent and private, but the main access is shared. Other things to note 🚧 Our street is not paved, it is a dirt road, as you can see in the photos of the exterior. Even so, access is easy and short, we are only 4 houses (approx. 50 meters) from a main avenue very well connected to other important roads in the city. 🔊 Sometimes you can hear noise from the neighborhood or cars, as we are in a busy area. While it's not constant, it's something we prefer to mention in advance to avoid surprises. We like to be transparent and make sure you have all the information to make the best decision for your stay 😊
