This modern rustic vacation home is a perfect getaway to create unforgettable memories with your family and friends. After a long day of adventures you can relax in the family room by the cozy fireplace, play pool/hockey/tennis or various table games. Additionally we have 3 oversized decks and a picnic table where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or dinner while watching and listening to local wildlife. Our place is great for couples retreats, family reunions, and group getaways. 1 We are 10 min walk to the Community Beach and Pool. ALL YEAR AROUND: - Hickory Run State Park - 15 min away that spreads across Pocono Mountains and supports many activities, some of which vary seasonally. During the summer months, swimming is available in Sand Spring Lake, which is partially bordered by a huge sand beach, green filed for games, picnic areas, food court, indoor showers, many hiking trails and waterfalls. In winter, the frozen lake can be used for ice skating. Seasonal hunting is permitted in many areas of the park, with white-tailed deer, black bear, and squirrels among the game that may be hunted legally. Fishing is allowed with PA fishing license. During summer boats and pedal boats can be rented (PA fishing license is required for fishing). The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Our vacation home is a 10 min walking distance from the community amenities. To limit crowds, the community only provides 8 wristbands per rental. This means only 8 people can use the amenities at once. Restrictions and guidelines must be followed and are subject to change due to the circumstances. *There is an additional $25 charge (between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend) for getting the 8 wristbands for the community amenities and $5 for each car pass (for amenity and trash drop off access) **We provide duvets with covers, mattresses with waterproof protective covers and pillows with waterproof protective covers. ** Linens and towels are provided.There are fitted sheet, top sheet, pillowcases, as well as the a variety of towels (bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels and spa towels for hot tub use) to meet all of your comfort needs. Guest access We have 2 locked closets for maintenance and supplies otherwise the whole house is available for our guests.
