This is a new townhome located on the southeast side of Spruce Grove, a suburb to Edmonton with a small town vibe. The space Stay in comfort and style! This is a great space for visiting the Edmonton area, whether you are visiting family, travelling for sports; or work. Maybe you just need a staycation, or a place to unwind! This is a former show home; a beautiful and modern space. The ground floor has an office space and 1/2 bath. There is a fold-away cot available in the closet in the office. You can enter and exit the ground floor from either the front door or the attached double garage. The second floor has the living space and kitchen, as well as a patio with bbq and seating area. Cozy up to the fireplace in the living room while enjoying the tv or a book. The third floor has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a primary bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet, and ensuite with shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill style bathroom with tub and shower along with two sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed. Stacked washer and dryer units are in the closet on the third floor. 4 rooms, 4 beds, sleeps a maximum of 6. This is an end unit located right next to a playground and green space. It is close to the future ball diamond and shops currently close to completion. Within 1km are shops, grocery, and restaurants. Travelling for your kids’ sports? Parents, no need to smell stinky sportswear. We have a designated place to hang dry sports items in the garage. There are two flights of stairs in this home so if stairs are difficult for you then we just want you to be aware. **this space is not ideal for young children. The steep stairs can be a hazard and there is decor that can potentially fall or break with child curiosity.
