The space If you are looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to spend an enjoyable stay in Candiac, look no further than this magnificent three bedroom bungalow. As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the warm decor and modern style of this house. You can enjoy a spacious and bright space, including a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals or order in amazing Montreal food! The bathroom is always clean, stylish, and functional with fluffy towels. All three bedrooms are comfortable and cozy, with queen-size beds and quality linens for a cozy nights rest for everyone in your group. The living room is ideal for relaxing and lounging after a day of sightseeing, with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. This bungalow is located in a quiet and residential area, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. You can easily reach downtown Montreal, or explore the surrounding area of Candiac, which offers many cultural and natural activities. Whatever your reason for traveling, you won't regret choosing this bungalow as your home away from home. Guest access You and your group have full access to the bungalow except the basement during your stay. I have one parking space here, and you are welcome to use it during your trip, free, no extra cost. Other things to note Check-in later than my Check-in window is possible. Just be sure if you will arrive later than that you received the Check-in Instructions and read through them ahead of arriving to make everything super easy. I am often out of town but I have someone who can come to assist you in emergencies. If there is ever any emergency please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to organize and get to your location. Important to note: The fireplace is decorative not functional in line with new city regulations. I do sleep at night haha so if you need to contact me very late, I am not guaranteed to be available, but I always reply back first thing the next morning. The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs.
