Outside you will find a private pool and spa (please contact host for pool amenities such as waterfalls) an outdoor fire ring and fishing right in your own backyard. Inside enjoy an open concept, custom kitchen with multiple dining areas. All bedrooms include smart tv’s so you can easily log into your favorite streaming services. The space Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Primary bedroom has a king size bed and the 3 guest rooms have queen beds. Conveniently located near Bridge City public boat ramp and waterfront restaurant, Low Tides. Other things to note Please understand that the pool is exposed to weather conditions out of our control. Rain storms are a regular event in this area. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly and treated with cleaning chemicals to provide the best pool experience possible. For the protection of our space, we no longer allow unregistered guests or visitors during stays due to repeated property damage. Thank you for understanding and respecting our home! Unfortunately, the water valve behind the fridge was not turned back on when the new flooring was installed. Due to the height of the fridge, we’re unable to pull the fridge out without causing damage or having to rip up part of the floor. As a result, the ice and water dispenser is currently not operational. Disrespecting house rules or any illegal activity will be cause for your reservation to be terminated. You’ll be asked to leave our property and you’ll lose any rental amount already paid. Please note that it is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that all other guests comply with the house rules.
