The home welcomes children, but please note it is not suitable for young children as the pool is not screened in. Adults must be in Pool with kids all the time and never let the kids walk without adults and without shoes in any outdoor areas. The usage of pool heater has additional fees $150 weekly or $30 per night in shorter stays 8 hours a day. The prices per night are very competitive and good specially for smaller group and couple or we are still on the lower prices for large groups even. 🟢 Why if you offer house for 10 I can’t book for 1 and bring 10 the date of the booking? Because we offer special price for small group. It’s not the same the turn over of a couple or 8-11 people. This happens only from party -weekend people, avoid be one of these. 🟢 Can I do early check in or late checkout? We don’t charge for early check in or checkout but it will depend on having guests leaving or arriving same day. I can’t anticipate early check in. I can tell only with short notice usually same way or even a day before otherwise guests will need to pay day before or day after too. 🟢 How far is the house from the beaches: Fort Myers Beach 45 minutes/20 miles. 🟢 We have Well and septic. Water can be affected by power outages. Be aware: well water is hard water and you can’t drink water from faucets. Guest access The guests can use the whole house included the garage.
