Blissful Retreat is a walk-out basement suite with a SWAG! This suite has a private entrance that makes you enjoy full privacy and convenience during your stay. We operate a completely keyless entry and exit out of the unit. Yes! You read RIGHT! You will enter the unit by punching in your code and exit easily by pressing the lock button on the Smart lock. No more fear of getting stranded at the door or misplacing keys. You are totally covered! We pay keen attention to CLEANLINESS. We hire professional cleaners who make cleanliness their top priority. We don’t joke about sanitizing and cleaning after each guest. It is not going to be a boring stay with our 24/7 fast WIFI connection that allows you to stream your favorite movies and music. We will spoil you with options on NETFLIX and ROKU Tv channels. The unit has a central Air Conditioning that will cool you down all through the summer. NO MORE HEAT!!! There is another suite right next to yours. Other things to note  The tenants upstairs have toddlers, so there might be background sounds/footsteps sometimes. We will always do our best to control this as much as we can  You will be staying in Suite 2. There is another suite right next to the unit. please be considerate during your entire stay  The entrance door to the suite is at the back of the building. Please follow the sidewalk  We allow a maximum of 4 authorized guests. There is a $50 / person for every unauthorized guest not on the reservation at the time of booking  Pets of any kind or size are not allowed in this unit, $250 fee applies.  There will be charges for any missing items or damages to the unit  Smoking of any kind is not permitted in and around the unit. There will be a $300 fee charge if this rule is not followed  Parties or events are not allowed, $250 fee applies.  No excessive noise is permitted as you might be evicted without a refund.  There is a $50 fee for every hour past the checkout time Remember that you are staying in our home, not a hotel, so please treat the place with respect.
