The Stars! In a 17th century Villa in Chianti!

In a small hamlet in Chianti, an hour's drive from the main Tuscan art cities, between Florence and Siena, La Chiara di Prumiano, a noble villa dating back to the late 17th century, is surrounded by vineyards and woods. Inside we have created a comfortable two-room flat, 50 sq. metres, which can accommodate up to five people in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The flat has the villa's numerous facilities, including two gardens, various outdoor spaces and a swimming pool shared with other guests. The space The two-room flat is located on the first floor of the villa. It is reached from the main staircase of the reading room and is located to the right of the central balcony. The view extends as far as San Gimignano! It consists of an entrance hall leading to the first room, furnished with a single sofa bed and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is well equipped (4 induction hobs, dishwasher, small oven, fridge, dining table). The second bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a second bathroom with shower. The flat is ideal for friends, couples and families. It sleeps 3 to 4 people. THE OUTSIDE The Villa is surrounded by two gardens. The ‘Rose Garden’, is an intimate place, equipped with tables chairs, barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven. Under the shade of the laurels, beautiful and lush trees, you will find tables for two or four. Under the pergola you will find long tables suitable for several people. It has a wonderful view of the surrounding woods. The large garden, on the other hand, is ideal for strolling or simply relaxing while admiring the sunset. THE LOCATION La Chiara di Prumiano is located in a truly privileged position. Surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves, we are halfway between Siena and Florence, close to San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, two hours from the sea, close to places of extraordinary artistic and historical importance. San Donato in Poggio, the nearest village, can also be reached on foot if you feel like taking a nice walk (about 5 km away), as can Barberino Val d'Elsa. In both towns you will find all the main public services, bank, pharmacy and supermarket. We can also help you organise itineraries, wine tasting and experiences that will surprise you with their beauty and particularity. Guest access The villa has the following facilities - communal reading room - outside: two gardens, the small and the large one, the pergola for outdoor dining - panoramic swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, 400 metres from the villa. Open from June to September. The pool is shared with the other guests of the villa. - parking within the property without limitations Other things to note We have been practising organic farming since 1983. Among the first in Tuscany, we believed in a different, healthy and clean way of understanding agriculture and hospitality. Over time, we have equipped ourselves with photovoltaic panels, have a biomass heating system, phyto-purification and abolished plastic bottles and disposable tableware.
