Shared Spaces • Large shared swimming pool, nestled between Casa Rancho and Casa Quetzal. • Natural trails to walk and explore the forest. What Makes It Unique Casa Mariposa blends modern comfort with full immersion in nature. It’s the perfect spot for families, couples, or friends to enjoy a peaceful stay; swimming in the river, relaxing by the pool, and experiencing the beauty of the tropical forest. Guest access Casa Mariposa is fully privatized for you during your stay. You will also have access to the shared swimming pool, located between Casa Rancho and Casa Quetzal. It is not heated, but thanks to Panama’s warm climate, the water remains pleasant all year round. Please note that the pool is not supervised. Sun loungers and a garden seating area are available by the pool. About a 10-minute walk away, you’ll find the Casa Redonda, a large elevated open space, ideal for activities such as yoga (mats available on request) or a game of ping pong. Finally, the entire 30-hectare tropical forest is open for you to explore. Don’t hesitate to ask Mariel for directions to the best walking trails! Other things to note Wanakaset is a forest regeneration project: we are restoring and nurturing tropical biodiversity across 30 hectares. It is thanks to hospitality that we can fund this mission.
