Thanks to the central location in the Old Town, you can easily reach the main sights, restaurants and coffee shops on foot – ideal for anyone who wants to experience the real Prague while staying in comfort. The space Please note: The free parking garage is a 10-minute walk away. The maximum vehicle height is 2 meters. CNG and LPG vehicles are not allowed. The apartment was completely renovated in April 2024 and furnished with high-quality, new furniture. On 115 m², you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of space for up to six guests. The apartment is located in the heart of Prague's old town. The main attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping are within easy walking distance. Guest access **SELF CHECK-IN** For maximum flexibility, you can check in yourself at any time. You will receive the apartment key via a secure key box, which is located about **7 minutes' walk (500 m)** from the apartment. You will receive all the information about check-in and the access code in good time before your arrival. During your stay, the entire apartment is exclusively at your disposal. CNG and LPG vehicles are not allowed. ### House rules In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask that you observe the following rules: * Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment. * Parties, events and excessive noise are not allowed. * Please respect quiet hours from **10 p.m. to 7 a.m.**. * Access to the apartment is allowed only to the booked guests. * For safety reasons, CCTV operates in the entrance area of the building. **Already included in the total price:** * City Tax (Resort Fee): **50 CZK per person per night** * Statutory VAT (12%) ### Legally required guest registration According to the legal provisions of the Czech Republic, we are obliged to register all guests – including minors – with the competent authorities. Before your arrival, we therefore ask you to provide the following information via our secure online guest portal: * Full name * Citizenship * Full residential address * Gender * Photo or copy of a valid passport or ID card The transmitted data will be used exclusively to fulfill the legal reporting obligation, treated confidentially and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
