The space Enjoy a break and relax in the apartment, freshly renovated in 2025, as part of a farm in a rural and idyllic natural setting ☀️ The energy for the apartment is generated directly at the courtyard via a photovoltaic system & wood chip heating . The water is drawn from the farm's own well and contains iron. Drinking water for drinking, cooking or making coffee is available free of charge. In front of the house, there are parking spaces, including for vans and trucks, as well as a seating area and a grill with a view of the countryside. Up to 7 people can be accommodated in the apartment. 1x double bed and 5 single beds. Two beds are available in the living area. An 8th, 9th and 10th sleeping place is possible on request. (Air mattress) Linen and towels are also included. Baby cot (4 would be available), changing table, night light & stroller are available on request 👶🏻 The stairs are child-proof upstairs with a stair gate, on the ground floor there is a play area, as well as great farm animals in front of the door 🐱🐮🐴🐑 Dogs are welcome 🐶 The bright fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook & the large dining table offers space for cozy evenings . It has: dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, Senseo machine, milk frother, toaster, microwave, hot air fryer, sandwich maker & SodaStream. Coffee, coffee pods and various types of tea are available free of charge. A washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner are available for additional convenience. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, toilet and bathtub. The cozy living room invites you to linger, or a nice armchair for reading. Baltic Sea , Hamburg, Lübeck , Kiel & the designer outlet Neumünster are each about 30 minutes away . Bad Segeberg is about 10 minutes away . Here you will find shopping , petrol station , bank & pharmacy . The Karl May Festival is also a popular crowd magnet . For children, the Trappenkamp Wildlife Park and Eekholt are also nearby and are a great destination for an excursion. The beautiful nature , with the numerous lakes in the immediate vicinity, invite you to great walks & bike rides.
