House located in Viladrau, two minutes from the town square. Spacious, ideal for families, quiet and cozy. Located at the foot of the Montseny Natural Park and with spectacular views of the Matagalls mountain, it is a perfect place to relax or do all kinds of outdoor activities. Very well connected, since in less than an hour you can visit the monumental city of Barcelona, or in the same time you can spend a pleasant day at the beach. Welcome! The space Three-story house. On the ground floor you will find a spacious garage with space for a car, where you will also have the laundry area with a washing machine and a sink. Next, you will arrive at a multipurpose room where you can work in peace or spend some leisure time. And finally you will reach the garden where you will have a great barbecue. On the first floor we have a kitchen with all the essential appliances (induction glass-ceramic, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven) and a table to be able to make the meals of the day if desired. From here you can access one of the house's two terraces. You will also find a full bathroom with shower and a dining room with television where the fireplace is located. And from here you can access the second terrace, very spacious where you can enjoy the incredible views of the mountains. On the second floor you will find two double bedrooms and one double bedroom, all equipped with cabinets to properly organize your belongings. Finally, on this floor you will have a second full bathroom at your disposal, this time with a bathtub. Guest access There is only one room in the house that will not be available, as it is used as a storage room, and it is already marked with a small sign Other things to note Access to the village of Viladrau from the transversal axis is through a 6 km route (only 10 minutes), very nice but very winding, since it is a stretch of curves.
