Villa 1: Accessible (Capacity: 6 Guests) This villa has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering privacy and space for everyone. The well-equipped kitchenette is ready for preparing delicious homemade meals. The cozy and bright living and dining rooms are equipped with a SmartTV, perfect for family time or relaxing after a day of exploration. The absence of stairs ensures easy access. Villa 2: (Capacity: 8 Guests) This villa has two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The spacious living room, equipped with a SmartTV and a comfortable double sofa bed, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy moments together. A dining table offers the perfect space for shared meals, board games, or simply enjoying the well-equipped kitchenette, ready to prepare delicious homemade meals. You have to climb a few steps. Studio 3: (Capacity: 2 Guests) This studio features a double room with a full private bathroom and a versatile sofa bed for flexibility. A dedicated workspace, equipped with a coffee maker, makes it the ideal place for productivity, reading, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee while watching TV. The absence of stairs ensures easy access. Guest access Guests have exclusive and private use (not shared) of the previously described sections that make up this accommodation (Villa 1 + Villa 2 + Studio). There are more properties in the housing complex. The main entrance is common access to the development.
