The Cottage

The Cottage is nestled between Sulphur and Davis. This charming 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is located at the end of the road and is within walking distance to the lake by a trail through the core land. The dam separates a private lake our guests have access to. A large deck off back has 2 tables and overlooks the woods and fire pit. We only allow 1 dog. Must be leashed when outside & crated when left alone. Also MUST BE HOUSEBROKEN. We DO NOT allow any ATVs to be ridden in neighborhood The space Open floor concept. 3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms Covered porch, large deck in back Fire pit, volleyball, basketball and horseshoes. Within walking distance to the lake and surrounded by woods Guest access You have access to the whole house, and the large yard it sets on. You may also walk through the woods to the lake
