Registration for Renters & Guests All renters and guests must be registered through the Welcome Center. Owners and Property Managers are responsible for pre-registering their renters and guests. A ONE TIME $115 (NOT FOR EACH PERSON) administrative fee applies to all renters for each property rented. This fee includes vehicle passes, gate entry, and wristbands that are required for our amenities. Guests are allowed to purchase $15 gate keys or can be given access through an Owner's personal directory code. Wristbands are sold separately to guests at $5 each.
