Property located in Upper Yucaipa only 5 minutes from downtown Yucaipa, YPAC, restaurants, the regional park and 10 minutes from Oak Glen Preserve, 15 minutes from Historic Redlands. The space Master bedroom is attached to a home and in a residential neighborhood, so although the space is separate and private, and there have been steps taken to lessen the sounds, there may be ambient sounds heard from the residents including 2 dogs. Guest access Master bedroom with private access. Bedroom has a queen sized bed and choice of different pillows. Small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Small table and chairs inside for guest to sit down for a meal or to be used as a work station. 2 large closets if needed. Also available is an iron, ironing board, blow dryer, and access to a washer and dryer upon request. Outdoor seating area with small private outdoor space to enjoy a morning cup or coffee or a nightcap. Other things to note This cozy room is centrally located.
