Less than 15 minutes away from top attractions like Red Rocks, LoHi, Ball Arena and more, this home is ideal for exploring everything Denver has to offer! After a busy day, enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi, a chat by the fire, or some friendly competition in the game room, then retreat to your uniquely styled bedroom. With space for 19 guests, this is the perfect place to host your family or large group! Bedrooms: Each of the SIX(!) bedrooms in this home was carefully designed to convey its own unique vibe and energy. The massive primary bedroom is perfect for a group of kids or teens to pile into, or if Mom and Dad want to treat themselves, consider pushing both beds together for an indulgent King-sized experience. The yellow bedroom next door is energetic, visually loud, and perfect for the flower child in your group. Looking for a more low-key home base? Try the maroon room on the lower level, with vibes so cool it would make James Dean feel like a square. Bathrooms: You might know about Jack and Jill vanities, but I bet you’ve never seen a Jack and Jill shower! This unique amenity in the primary suite bathroom is a great way to relax and clean off after a long day of hiking or jamming out at Red Rocks. Also, the primary bathroom and second full-bathroom on the main level both benefit from stunning skylights! If your Jack and Jill shower wasn’t already cool enough, now imagine looking up at the beautiful night sky while you rinse off. On the lower level, a beautiful, third full bathroom ensures that no one in your group will ever need to wait in line, no matter how many friends you bring with you. Kitchen: There are two kinds of people when it comes to cooking — people who love pouring a few glasses of wine and working together, and people who throw on their noise canceling headphones and absolutely lock "TF" in. Thankfully, this kitchen is big and well equipped enough for either sort! Even the most discerning chefs will be impressed by the variety of tools at their disposal, including brand new Caraway pots and pans, a Kitchen-Aid mixer, and so much more; not to mention near-unlimited counter space, so everyone has room to let their inner Gordon Ramsey shine! The entire inside of the home is at your disposal! Please feel free to spread out and enjoy over 3000 square feet of living space during your stay. The closet in the hall by the kitchen is filled with extra linens, bedding, cleaning supplies and paper goods for your convenience during your stay. The garage and the shed in the backyard are both used as owner’s closets. I became a full-time furnished rental host because I love creating memorable, comfortable experiences for my guests. Being in Colorado, of course the home is pet-friendly as well! Speaking of your furry friend, sometimes accidents happen, so please be aware of the assortment of cleaning supplies available for your use under the sink. City of Wheat Ridge STR License Number: 002316 By booking this home, you are acknowledging that you have read, and agree to abide by, the following house rules: Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Any noise complaints resulting from unreasonable volume beyond this time of night will result in a fine of up to $1000. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside of The Cin Cin Inn, on the deck, in the breezeway, or inside of the jacuzzi. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to $1000. Commercial photography or videography on the property is not permitted without prior written approval. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to $1000 per piece of media published in violation of this rule. Unscheduled late check-outs make it very difficult for my amazing cleaning team to do their job. If your group would like to arrange for a late check out, please let me know at least 12 hours before your scheduled check-out time and I will do my very best to accommodate you! Any late check-outs that are not approved in advance will result in a fine of up to $500. There are security cameras installed outside of the home for your protection, and for that of the home itself. Tampering with, obscuring, or otherwise prohibiting the cameras from working properly will result in a fine of up to $1000. If you have friends in town and want to have them over for dinner or a soak in the jacuzzi, no problem! I’d want to show this place off as well… please just let me know ahead of time how many friends will be stopping by. If you need to adjust your reservation to include new overnight guests, please contact me and we can figure it out! With that said, unauthorized overnight guests are not allowed. Each overnight guest not on the original reservation, or added to the reservation with written approval, will be subject to a fine of $500 per unauthorized guest, per night. While the indoor fireplaces are beautiful, sadly, they are not safely operable. Use of the indoor fireplaces is not allowed and will result in a fine of up to $1000. It's essential for my cleaners to know ahead of time whether they will be cleaning up after a pet or not. In the event that a pet stays in the home but is not noted on the reservation, guests will pay a $500 fine in addition to any nightly fees that normally would have applied to the pet being on the reservation.
