Looking for a quick stay for a conference, concert or expo? We offer you a roomy, spacious apartment located in the basement of the building. Perfect for short work stays stays in Prague. The space The apartment features a shared living room and kitchen area. The bedroom has two double beds and is separated from the living room by a partition wall. The apartment also includes a clean bathroom and a separate toilet located in the entrance hall. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and a private toilet in the entrance hall (exclusively for your use). Other things to note All guests, including Czech citizens, are required by law to complete a check-in form upon arrival. This includes providing ID information and paying a city tourist tax. The apartment has only one small window, so it gets limited natural light. If you are attending a concert in O2 Arena or PVA Letňany, a bus right in front of the apartment will take you there directly. If you want to visit Prague’s biggest shopping mall - OC Letňany, the same bus will take you there directly. If you are an avid climber, we recommend you try JUNGLE Letňany, one of the most popular climbing spots in Prague, just 5 minutes by bus. 2 traditional czech restaurants 10 meters from the apartment if you feel like grabbing lunch. KBELSKÝ PIVOVAR - A very famous brewery around town is just 5 minutes away by foot, or 2 minutes away by bus. There are 2 bigger parks near the apartment with great nature and playgrounds if you want to go on a nice afternoon walk.
