Casa Jorge for 12, with a heated pool and Wi-Fi

Spacious private accommodation for 12 people with a 7x4 meter, 1.50 meter deep pool, garden, trampoline for children, palapa with barbecue, and parking for 4 cars on the property. 120 MB Wi-Fi and a 43" TV with Izzi in the living room. The pool is heated by SOLAR PANELS, which provide an average temperature of 27°. This will DEPEND on the weather and whether there are sunny days. We do not count with a heater. The space The house has 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs), 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, a living room, dining room and kitchen with essential utensils, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, stove and blender. Rooms feature restonic mattresses, bedding, closets and standing fans. In the palapa you will find the barbecue and garden tables. The accommodation does NOT have air conditioning. Other things to note • For hygiene reasons, we do not offer bath towels. Don't forget to pack yours! • The use of the accommodation is only family friendly. • House cleaning is included in stays of 5 days or more, which is done ONLY ONCE in the middle of your stay. • Due to the storm, there may have been ash fall due to the sugar cane harvest in the area, a situation beyond our control. • No pets allowed.
