Ideal for families, groups of friends, walking groups or contract workers. Full fiber broadband throughout the building Keys available for collection 24 hrs a day via keysafe The space The home is a 6 bedroom Victorian property, retaining some original Victorian detailing, it is situated in the older part of the town centre. The property enjoys a lovely walled garden that is a real suntrap in the summer months. Restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and a co op are only minutes away and the beach is about a 5 minute direct walk. There is a tourist information located in the town centre and a train station and busses to Brighton, Eastbourne and local villages are all serviced from the town centre. The home is over 4 floors including the loft bedroom, there is a toilet/shower-room on the ground floor, first floor bathroom and second floor has a shower room. The beds are zip and lock beds some can be split into singles upon request (no later than 72 hours before arrival). The beds are supplied by Hotel bed companies and are fitted with mattress protectors, toppers, sheet and duvet with 2 pillows. each guest is provided 1 towel. The bathrooms come stocked with toilet paper to get you started for your stay, shampoo and conditioner, hand towel and bathmat. There is a roof terrace on the first floor which can used by guests, there are 2 sunloungers for guests to use in summer. It gets very hot on there in the summer! The walled garden is for all to use, but please respect the neighbours. This space is strictly not for parties and noise must be kept to a minimum especially after 9pm. There is outside seating furniture and space for dining. Smoking is permitted in the garden, but strictly no smoking within the property. The ground floor has a bedroom with an en-suite that is easily accessible by all guests. The rest of the ground floor is an open plan eating, dining and seating area, there is table space for 12 and also an area with sofas, TV, lamps, and coffee tables, creating an area where everyone can be spending time together. The ground floor is stripped hardwood floors, the stairwells and landing are carpeted. We ask that shoes are pleased removed for going upstairs. Guest access Guests have sole use of the property and garden. Other things to note There is free parking on the street outside, unrestricted between 4pm-10am and all day Sunday. Parking is available minutes away at Saxon Lane car park and is about £2.5 for 24 hours. We do not provide stair gates for children. There are 2 smart TV's in the property, these are not connected to terrestrial TV, own Netflix, NowTV, Amazon logins required.
