The pool is open during the warmer season, hot tub, large clubhouse w/ sauna & foosball room! Grounds are walkable for pets or to go see the sunset. The beach is just down the road (walk or drive). Sidewalk into downtown Port Clinton. Condo is marina side & sleeps 6-8 people w/ a full kitchen + 2 private decks. The space 🏡 The condo is approximately 880 ft.² facing to the south, which is the marina side of the community. It is located on the 1st floor, and there are three steps to get into the building (otherwise no stairs). 🐾 Pets are $150 per stay. This will be charged after booking if it was left off the reservation. The beds sleep a total of 6. There is also 1 couch. 🛁 1 bathroom - shower / tub combo 🧺 Washer & dryer, in unit 🍽️ Full Kitchen - Granite countertops, electric stove & oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, Keurig, plates, glasses, mugs, basic cooking utensils 📺 Roku TVs in all bedrooms and living room (32-50”) 🏖️ Community pool & hot tub, beach down the road (at Dock’s or Waterworks Park), jet ski rental at Dock’s 🏥 First aide kit under the kitchen sink 🔥 Fire extinguisher in unit and in hallway 🚨 Condo rules are posted in the room and around the property. Guest access You will be given a code to access the condo. Inside the condo there is a safe that includes the wristbands for the pool and other community access information that you may need. You’ll be given the code to the safe. Winter guests will receive an additional key to the building. Other things to note Near the condo are the Jet Express, Port Clinton, Cedar Point, Camp Perry, Marblehead, Lakeside, Sandusky, Oak Harbor, various marinas, Sawmill Creek, and other area attractions. Easily get to Put-an-Bay or Kelley’s Island. The condo community is beautiful - it is well-maintained. You enter the building then the door to the unit is through an interior hallway. There are many people who live at the Clinton Reef Club full time and this is their home. The condo is in great condition and very clean, with Superhosts guiding your stay.
