Lovely semi detached house based in a peaceful rural but centrally-located place between Cardenden and Lochgelly. Private drive from main road to farm with another 3 properties. The space Strathmore has been renovated into a bright and comfortable place to stay. Downstairs the hall takes you into the living room with log burner, comfy couches, table, chairs (extra in bedrooms) and tv with basic sky package. You’ll find books and games too. Living room leads to new kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar which doubles as a workstation too. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The single bedroom downstairs is bright and airy with a view of the rear garden. The flooring downstairs is all laminate. The carpeted stairs take you up to the double bedroom at the front with views of the fields, and the twin bedroom at the rear looking out over the garden and fields beyond. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath. Guest access The house and garden are available to you. Plenty parking for two vehicles. If you need more parking space, perhaps for a trailer or larger vehicle please pop me a message as I have additional ground you can use, by arrangement. The main farm drive must remain clear at all times for large tractor and trailer please. Other things to note Strathmore main drive is access from the main road to only four properties on the farm. Should you enjoy walking you’ll find forestry land beyond the farm with tracks, you can walk for miles. If you have arranged to bring pets with you please bring furniture throws if they are ‘on furniture’ pets.
