The home features a luxurious king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, a cosy single room ideal for a child, a family shower room and open-plan living space with kitchen. Step outside to discover a garden with dining area and BBQ. This historic cottage, over 100 years old, was once home to the church beadle who tended the neighbouring ground. The space Beadles cottage is recently renovated Victorian house, which belonged to the beadle, that looked after the church next to it. It has gas central heating and very comfortable open plan living plan, kitchen area. While there is a breakfast bar for 5, we have a foldable dining table with chairs if you prefer dining at a table. The living room has a smart TV and fast speed Wi-Fi connection. Perfect from working away or a business trip too. The cottage is vitiated in the town centre, idealicly placed in a yet very quiet street away from traiffic. The kitchen area is very modern, equipped with all appliances, washing machine and even a dryer. Tall ceilings and big windows bring very spacious feeling inside, where you can comfortably accommodate the whole family or friend’s group. Blairgowrie is in the heart of Scotland with access to many golf courses just 5 mins drive from the cottage, skiing up at Glenshee or many country parks just within small drive away. 👩‍🍳 Fully equipped kitchen to do from Sunday roast to a quick pizza in the oven, we have you co veered. All first need spices and ingredients are available to use.
