PET RULES: • A $350 Pet Fee is charged for all stays that include pets • Your dog must not exceed a maximum weight of 50 pounds. • Your dog should be friendly, non-aggressive and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. • Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone. • Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up. • Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. • You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. • Limit of two dogs POOL RULES: You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries. Children are to be supervised at all times. No pets allowed in the pool. Spa heating is available anytime and is controlled by you via the spa pad by the pool area. Pool heat is available if you have paid for it No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool. There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, including all the indoor and outdoor amenities.
