Ideal place to relax and unwind. Being on the front line facing the sea, it has a spectacular view of the beach and of course the sunsets. Arriving at the apartment, you will not need to leave by vehicle, since you will have swimming pools, beaches, restaurant 50 meters away (at all costs) The apartment has an excellent Wi-Fi connection, 55" Smart TV in the living room and bedroom with Netflix, Disney Channel, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium and satellite channels (Direct TV). The space The best thing about my space is its prime location, right on the beachfront. In a quiet beach area, away from the hustle and bustle of crowded beaches. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 parking space for exclusive use and in the building there are about 25 parking spaces for visitors without restriction of hours of use without reservation. The apartment is located on the 13th floor of a 14-story building. It has 2 elevators and 24-hour controlled access by guards. All common areas have 24-hour CCTV surveillance. From the pool area on the first floor, you can directly access the beach. In this pool area there are also men's and women's bathrooms so you don't have to go up to the apartment. It is important that you read and consider the building and community restrictions, which are: 1.- Smoking and drinking alcohol in common areas is prohibited. 2.- Pets are prohibited. 3.- You cannot invite additional people to the maximum of 6 guests staying in the apartment. A list is sent with the names and RUT of the guests, and no one else can enter. This is for the safety of the entire community. 4.- It is not allowed to hold parties or listen to music at a high volume, considering that the building is designed to be a quiet place to relax. 5.- To use the hot tub with warm water, you must always enter with a bathing cap, it is recommended that minors do not enter.
