Ideal place to relax and unwind. Being on the seafront, it has a spectacular view of the beach and, of course, the sunsets. Arriving at the apartment, you will not need to go out by vehicle, post contaras with pools, beaches, restaurant 50 meters away (at all costs) The apartment has an excellent Wi-Fi connection, a 55" Smart TV in the living room and bedroom with Netflix, Disney Channel, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium and satellite channels (direct TV). The space the best of my space is its privileged location, on the front line facing the sea. in a quiet beach sector, far from the hustle and bustle of busy beaches. the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 parking lot for exclusive use and in the building there are about 25 parking lots for visits without restriction of hours of use without reservation. The apartment is located on the 13th floor of a 14-story building. It has 2 lifts and 24-hour controlled access by guards. All common areas have 24-hour CCTV surveillance. From the pool sector on the first floor, you can access the beach directly. In this pool sector there is also men's and women's bathrooms so that you do not need to go up to the apartment. It is important that you read and consider the building and community restrictions, which are: 1.- Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in common areas. 2.- pets are prohibited 3.- You can not invite additional people to the maximum of 6 guests staying in the apartment. Name is sent with the names and rout of the guests, and no one else can enter. This is for the safety of the entire community. 4.- No parties or listening to loud music, considering that the building is intended to be a quiet place and to relax. 5.- To use the hot tub with warm water, always wear a bathing cap.
