This hold is fully released within 3 days of checkout, provided our rental terms are respected, including no smoking in the unit and no damages incurred. Guests who qualify for deposit removal may contact us, as the check-in portal is fully automated and any removal must be done manually on our side. All guests are required to complete our online check-in form to acknowledge and agree to our house rules. The check-in portal is provided through our Airbnb-approved channel management software.
