We’re happy to provide extra sleeping options for larger groups, accommodating up to 8 people. CasaMaïa is one of two of our apartments in this building. If your group is larger than this apartment can accommodate, feel free to inquire about booking the second apartment as well. We can offer both units to host your entire group comfortably. Just come and enjoy! 🛌 Bedroom 1: A cozy room located on the ground floor, equipped with a double bed, dresser, a closet, mirror, and blackout curtains. 🛌 Bedroom 2: Another cozy room is located in the basement, equipped with a double bed, dresser, mirror, and blackout curtains. An additional air bed is available for one or two extra people if needed. 🛋️ Living Room 1: A living room on the ground floor is equipped with a sofa bed. It also features a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk and chair. The sofa bed easily converts into a sleeping space at nigh 🛋️ Living Room 2: The basement living room features a sofa bed and additional seating for gatherings. It includes a TV with Netflix, it also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The sofa bed easily converts into a sleeping space at night. For extra guests, an additional air bed is available, accommodating one or two people if needed. 🥣 Kitchen: This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals! It includes a kettle, coffee maker, plenty of pots, pans, and platters for large meals, serving utensils for 6 people, a full set of chef knives, an oven, and a stovetop. We also keep the storage and pantry stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee drips. 🍽️ Dining Area: The dining area features a table with 6 chairs and access to the balcony and backyard. 🏡 Outdoor Terrace: Enjoy a peaceful time on our balcony with a backyard view. 🛁 Bathroom 1: Equipped with a bathtub and shower. We provide bath towels, hand towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 🚽 Bathroom 2: An extra toilet is located next to the living room in the basement. 🚘 Parking Space: Free public parking spots are typically available in front of the apartment. Please note: parking is prohibited on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM due to street cleaning. 📍 Location: We’re delighted to welcome you to our favorite part of Montreal. Smoking is permitted on the bancony or in the backyard. - A smoke detector is installed on the property. 📛 Damage - Clean up any spills or messes promptly to prevent stains or damage. Damages or stains may incur a fee for repairs or cleaning. If any damage occurs, inform us promptly—we understand accidents can happen. - Please keep furniture in place and items indoors. Ensure any outdoor furniture is returned to its original place. - We totally get that things can break, but if we find any unreported damage after checkout, we might have to apply a charge. Just let us know if something happens, and we’ll take care of it together. 🐾 Pets policy: - We welcome your pets to stay with you, but only those registered in advance. - Feel free to let your furry friends play in the backyard, they must be supervised at all times while on the property. - Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds. - Please ensure your pet doesn’t disturb the neighbors.
