The space The guesthouse is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, making it easily accessible. The house, recently renovated, consists of a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV. Ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking in the Cinque Terre. The bright and airy bedroom has a queen-size bed, high-quality linens, and a wardrobe to store your personal belongings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and stovetop—perfect for preparing delicious homemade meals. There is also a large table for dining. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower, perfect for a refreshing experience. You'll find soft towels, shampoo, and body soap. The private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy an outdoor breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Finally, there’s also a very useful workspace with a powerful internet connection, ideal for remote work. Guest access The apartment is located right in the city center. Given the efficient train and bus services from other cities, few choose to drive while staying here. The apartment is situated right above the bus stop for lines that will take you to Portovenere and Lerici. Additionally, just a 3-minute walk away, you will find a guarded paid parking lot and the terminal where ferries depart to reach all the main attractions. The train station is 4 minutes away by bus or a 20-minute walk along La Spezia's main pedestrian street. The building's elevator makes access easy for families with strollers or individuals with mobility difficulties. Other things to note The tourist tax is not included in the price. I will ask you to pay it via Stripe a few days before your arrival.
