The apartment is near the Anděl metro station and tram lines. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. A living room with a leather sofa bed and SmartTV. The space The apartment is located in a newly built brick building designed by the Czech architectural studio Lábus AA. The spacious balcony with outdoor furniture is perfect for breakfast or evening relaxation. The place is great for families with children. A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge on request. There is a very spacious kitchen (oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer). Living room with comfortable leather sofa bed (120 cm wide) and smart TV, separate bedroom with quality wooden bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with toilet. There is also a washing machine. The apartment is also suitable for longer stays or business stays. Guests have access to a quiet courtyard with a garden and outdoor seating. Guest access The whole apartment is yours and completely private. Other things to note Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register you with the foreign police and collect the city tax upon your check-in. The city tax is 50 CZK per person per night. Please note that check-in is done in person at the apartment address until 23:00, later check-in is possible via a self-service box. It is NOT at the same address as the apartment.
