The space The Mountains Chalet is the perfect place for a couple looking for privacy, comfort and immersion in nature, but it can accommodate up to 3 people (one double bed and a comfortable single sofa bed). The cabin has all the conveniences of a complete kitchen, large bathroom and a delicious giant Jacuzzi for you to relax with hot water and jets, immersed in the forest, where you can enjoy the starry sky or the mountain fog. Private waterfalls and paths within the property allow visual contact with numerous birds (saiiras, woodpeckers, toucans, blood tie, among many others), squirrels and tamarins, and the magnificent centenary jequitibás. The chalet has a charcoal barbecue and a beautiful porch with a hammock with a charming view. Guest access Access is very quiet, all asphalt along the Paraty-Cunha road (RJ-165). For those coming from SP, just take the Dutra to Guaratinguetá and then the Paraty-Cunha road, going down the mountain to km 10.5. For those coming from RJ, just take the Rio-Santos road to Paraty, and then the Paraty-Cunha road, km 10.5. Other things to note For those who love the sea, there are more than 120 options of beaches and islands in the bay of Paraty. The beaches, for the most part, are accessible by boat, speedboat or a few kilometers of road and, in some cases, a light walk. Going by car: The beaches of Jabaquara and Praia do Pontal are close to the city center 15 km from the property. Descending to the south, the beautiful beaches of Trindade (Cachadaço, Praia do Meio, Praia de Fora, Praia Brava) are 33 km from the property. In the same direction, we have Praia do Sono (35 km), Praia de Antigos and Praia de Antiguinhos, with access via trail. Going up to the North, towards Angra, are the unmissable beaches of São Gonçalo (41 km) and São Gonçalinho are also among the most beautiful beaches in the city.
