The space What makes this place so special? Unique atmosphere: Spending the night in a centuries-old wharf cellar is an experience you won't soon forget. The location: Situated on the medieval Oudegracht in the bustling heart of Utrecht, this accommodation puts everything within easy reach. From charming restaurants and trendy shops to museums, cinemas, and the iconic Dom Tower, everything is just a short stroll away. The train station is also nearby, making it easy to reach Amsterdam or other beautiful cities in no time. The accommodation: Entrance at the wharf: A staircase takes you to the entrance, located directly on the canal with a view of the Dom Tower. Practical and comfortable: Upon entry, you'll find space for coats and shoes, 2 toilets, and 1 shower. Spacious kitchen/dining area: The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. There are tables with ample seating, including an authentic church bench and comfortable chairs. Cozy living room: A large, open space where you can relax, play games, or plan your next adventure. Privacy in the sleeping area: The beds are fitted with curtains for a sense of intimacy. For groups larger than 10, there's room for up to 2 additional people on the sofa. Enjoying the Oudegracht On sunny days, you can move the dining room chairs and tables outside to sit along the wharf – an unforgettable experience! Please note: We kindly ask for respect toward the neighbors; noise disturbances are not allowed. Other things to note Access: Only accessible via a staircase.
