Located in a quiet divine neighborhood in desirable SW Cape Coral Villa Serena makes you feel home from home the moment you enter this beautiful sophisticated home. With its coastal interior and warm colors you get into vacation mode the moment you open the doors. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. We have you covered, from beach towels to blow-dryers, from coffee maker to blender. The kitchen provides everything you could possibly need to spoil your loved ones with a special family dinner. You can be creative and prepare a feast without feeling you are missing out on the festivities thanks to the open floor plan. The master suite has a direct access to a little seating area on the patio. The master bedroom has a king size bed. One guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the other bedroom has a bunk bed. Guest access A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email. Other things to note Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation. In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees but you can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
