With six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, the villa is designed for comfort and convenience. The villa features two expansive living areas on the ground floor, each elegantly furnished and fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans. Security is ensured with a 24-hour monitored alarm system. The executive kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, complemented by a separate bar nook with a wine/beer cooler for casual entertaining. Dining options include a formal area seating ten near the kitchen and another area for six near the lounge, as well as a breakfast bar with four stools. The family area is furnished with two three-seater sofas, a two-seater sofa, and two lounge chairs, along with a large flat-screen cable TV and Blu-ray player. An additional front lounge area offers more seating and another TV. Upstairs, the villa boasts six large bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and flat-screen TV. The configuration includes two King Master suites, two Queen bedrooms, a full bedroom with a single bunk bed (sleeps three), and a double and single bed bedroom (sleeps three). A loft area provides a separate entertainment space with a sofa, flat-screen TV, Xbox 360, and a selection of games. The upper level also features a utility area with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. The outdoor space is a highlight, featuring an enclosed heated pool with a spa and an extended deck facing south, offering serene views of a lake and trees. The deck is furnished with loungers and tables, including a large dining table with six chairs. The pool area is equipped with a pool alarm and a safety fence that can be adjusted for children. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi and a telephone for free domestic calls. The villa’s games room includes a pool table, electronic dartboard, and air hockey table. For families with young children, a high chair, travel cot, and baby monitors are provided. Watersong Resort, a gated community, offers a clubhouse with a gym, tennis courts, and a children’s pool. Guest access Once you have booked and arrived at this amazing home you will have access to all areas (Excluding the owners lock up) Other things to note Please read the below information prior to booking! PARKING: Parking is available for 2 cars only on the driveway. The community does not allow on street parking overnight. BBQ: Please be aware that BBQ is listed as an amenity, these are available for hire at an additional cost. THIS PROPERTY IS SELF CATERING: Upon arrival, there will be 1 x toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and 2 x additional trash bags, 2 x laundry pods, and 2 x dishwasher tabs. There will also be a hand soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs. POOL HEAT: * Pool heat - this can be added, and the cost is $35 per night. The pool can take upto 24 hours to heat up, and there is a 4 day minimum required for pool heat. Please let us know the day before your arrival at the latest if you would like it switched on. *POOL HEAT DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ!!! The majority of the pool heaters in Central Florida are electric heaters, and warm the water by taking heat from the air temperature. In the cooler months, the water may not heat to your expectations if air temperatures are low. We are not able to influence air temperature in any way, and as such we can't guarantee that the pools will reach their target temperatures in the cooler months. Please bear this in mind when making your decision to add pool heat. No refunds will be given for pools that are "not hot enough" during the cooler months. The electric pool heaters are still running for 12 hours a day to heat the pool, even by a few degrees. SPA vs HOT TUB - PLEASE READ! Please be aware that this home has a spa, which is not a standalone, independently heated hot tub. The spa is connected to the pool, and shares a heating source with the main pool. The spa will only be heated if you request and pay for pool heat. If you elect to pay for pool heat, please be aware that the main pool will heat as the default setting. The spa will only start to heat once it is switched on at the wall. At this point, the heat will divert from the main pool, to the spa to heat it. When the spa switches off, the heat diverts back to the main pool. Please note that the spa WILL NOT be constantly heated to 104f as a hot tub would be. It will only heat once switched on.
