We are only 5 minutes from downtown Oaxtepec, Lomas de Cocoyoc, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and Plaza Atrios, a shopping mall with a supermarket, movie theater, department stores, restaurants and much more. The space The space is designed and prepared with love for your arrival, with details in every corner that create an atmosphere of peace and harmony. It is fresh and receives you clean and well-equipped. It consists of: -Soft bed and sofa bed, fan and smart TV. - Full bathroom with towels, hair dryer and iron. -Equipped kitchenette to prepare all your food and snacks; including coffee maker to enjoy your morning coffee. - Breakfast bar -Private terrace We offer common amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Book your stay with us today and experience an unforgettable vacation! A HostPal property will always have what you need. Guest access Check-in time is between 3:00 and 11:00 PM. A person from our team will meet you to register and fill out a check-in form. When registering, a security deposit of $2,000 in cash is required, which will be returned at check-out. Access to the studio is through a digital lock. We have an assigned parking spot. Consider that the studio is on the first floor and access is only by stairs. The building where the property is located is safe and totally private. It has 24-hour security. Other things to note We have a pool on the ground floor, which is heated only on weekends. Our Skypool and Jacuzzis are heated every day. For your convenience, we offer a complimentary cleaning service from the third night. Please note that at check-in time it is mandatory to leave a security deposit of $2,000 in cash, which will be returned at check-out time. In case of violation of any point of the regulation, the guest will be liable for a financial penalty.
