Pet friendly for non-service pets too! The space CHARMING STUDIO CONDO WITH A ONE-BEDROOM FEEL Welcome to our cozy studio condo at the Grand Lodge Hotel, where comfort meets convenience. Designed with hotel-style comfort in mind, our suite features: • Luxurious King-Size Bed: A brand-new, ultra-soft bed that guests often inquire about for their own homes. • King-Sized Murphy Bed: Additional sleeping arrangements to accommodate more guests. • Fully-Equipped Kitchenette: Includes a Smeg coffee pot, Smeg toaster, Smeg tea pot, Caraway pans, Keurig, burner, microwave, mini-fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and basic cooking supplies. • Entertainment: A large TV and high-speed internet, perfect for Zoom meetings or streaming your favorite shows. GRAND LODGE HOTEL AMENITIES Indulge in the exceptional amenities offered by the Grand Lodge Hotel, which include: • Large hot tub • Indoor/outdoor heated pool • Steam room • Workout center • Free parking • And more PROS AND CONS OF THE GRAND LODGE While we love our studio unit and believe it offers the perfect blend of ideal location, price point, and warmth, there are a few things to consider: 1. First Floor Unit: While we love skipping the busy elevator and being close to the front desk, we have found that the first floor is very polarizing. Some love the convenience, some hate being at ground level. 2. Building Age: While we've updated our condo to provide a more modern style, the building itself may feel dated. As a 3-star hotel, the Grand Lodge offers exceptional convenience and comfort but may not provide the luxury amenities of a 5-star hotel. 3. No Air Conditioning: This high-altitude mountain town has a cool climate, so air conditioning is not provided. However, during the summer months, multiple ceiling fans and additional fans are available to keep you as cool as possible. 4. Management Oversight: A management company oversees the building and amenities, which may make last-minute decisions beyond our control, such as closing an amenity without notice. Please note, if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities. In addition, pets are welcome. Please note that building management charges a $75 fee for after-hours noise complaints involving pets, and we’re required to pass that fee along to guests. 5. Potential Odors: Some guests have mentioned that smells can carry through the building. While we have not experienced this ourselves, we provide Glade air fresheners in the apartment just in case. Guest access Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a pool, hot tub, gym, steam room, free parking, (guests are given one parking pass per room), and is in the perfect location in Mt. Crested Butte.
