The space *Please note that building 5 will be undergoing work on the roof starting June 8th which will last approx. 2-3 weeks. Front parking area will be closed during that time. Work will only be conducted Monday - Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. The property itself has amenities galore: sparkling pool with hot tub, boat ramp and marina, tennis courts which convert into pickle ball courts, beach with pier, free parking and charcoal grills to cook your catch! Enjoy our newly re opened ISLAND GRILL pool bar and cafe! You will find a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom attached and the guest bedroom has 2 twins with its own bathroom as well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meal prep and the unique layout of this condo offers 2 balconies. The balcony offers views of the nature preserve and a peek a boo view of the ocean! Guests will also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer. High Chair and Pack N' Play available upon request (additional charge) Guest access You will have full access to Ocean Pointe Suites resort & property. The security gate is manned 24 hours. The person who made the reservation, will need to present their ID upon arrival. We have a 24 hour Self check-in process with support from a local vacation rental managment company Boats and boat trailers are only allowed if pre-approved by the dock master prior to reservation. Two vehicles max. Other things to note For enhanced hygiene and guest comfort, all linens and towels are professionally laundered off-site by a commercial laundry service. This process ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and quality for every stay. Marina slip and/or trailer reservations have to be made prior to arriving with the Dockmaster. RV's and jet skis are not allowed.
