Pool Cleaners/Vacuums (Important) ❤️: - There are two automatic pool cleaners in the pool, one on the surface and one at the bottom. - Please do not remove, lift, move, or disconnect any cleaners or hoses. - A fee of $350 will apply if any cleaner or connection is disconnected or damaged, as this requires a professional repair call. Landscaping Care: - Our landscaping team visits on Thursday mornings to maintain the outdoor areas. - They may briefly enter the yard but will not enter the home. Complimentary spa session: - Stays of 3 or more nights include one time 4-hour spa-heating session, aarranged before arrival or with at least 2 hours’ advance notice Paid heating options (Airbnb payment only): - Spa heating: $125 per 4-hour block - Pool heating: $375 per 14-hour block (Heating times vary by season: spa 30-45 min, pool 6–10 hours.) - Heating will only be started once payment is confirmed through Airbnb. - Last-minute or unpaid requests cannot be accommodated.
