Queen bedroom in a lake house

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is a bedroom located in the basement of a lake house. You can see the lake right from your bedroom. This bedroom has a living room next to it and a private bathroom with shower all yours. The guests from upstairs only need to occasionally use the laundry room in the basement. There is also a kitchenette next to the room. Note: the room has a lock from inside but no lock or key from outside. The area is very safe. The space You will have the entire basement and a room with a queen bed to yourself. There is a private shower and bathroom for this room and a kitchenette, a shared laundry and shared family room. Guest access You have also access to the full kitchen upstairs. Just let me know. During your stay I do not live there. There are two bedrooms on the first floor that are most of the times booked. Other things to note The room is located in the basement of a house by a lake. The lake is very small and people just paddle boat or paddle board during summer in there. Most of the time there is either no guest or one guest in the one of the rooms upstairs. They may want to come do laundry in the basement but most of the times there is nobody in the house and if there is , they are out and just come to sleep at night.
