Wonderful equipped and newly renovated apartment, very spacious with large shaded terrace. All spaces have air conditioning. Located a few steps from the Pantheon, and a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, and does not have a lift like many buildings in the historic center. It is quiet despite the tourism. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, ideal for those who love being in the city center. The space Apartment is a few steps from the Pantheon, it consists of two bedrooms, a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace. The two bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned and all spaces have a fast, free Fiber Wi-Fi connection. It features a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa that becomes a bed if necessary (Sofa bed blankets will only be available for bookings of 5 or 6 people) , a 55" Curved Smart HDTV with Netflix, Sky Cinema, Sky, Youtube, etc., air conditioning and coffee table. It has a very large French window that overlooks the spacious and shaded terrace equipped with table and chairs. The bedrooms have comfortable double beds and pillows, HDTV 32" with Chromecast, Youtube etc, wardrobes with mirror and a dedicated desk space for work. Air conditioners are present in both bedrooms. A complete bathroom with shower cubicle and rain-style shower head, bathroom fixtures, dispenser with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap and hairdryer. The washing machine inside the accommodation is also available for free use. You will have at your disposal a kitchen equipped with all the utensils and appliances to be able to cook any dish. It consists of a gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. It is equipped with a complete set of plates, glasses, pots, pans and cutlery. Complimentary coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and oil are always available for guests. Cleaning and laundry tools and an iron are also available free of charge in the apartment. Guest access The apartment is located in the center of Rome, easily reachable by taxi from the airport. It is 700 meters away by walk from the bus terminus, Piazza Venezia, which connects the various bus lines in Rome. You can self-check-in on your own to access the apartment at any time using the safe (Smart Lock), so there's no need to worry for late flights. Upon request by communicating your arrival time it is possible to do a physical check-in. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator like many buildings in the historic center. ATTENTION A permit, which we do not provide, is required to access the historic center's ZTL (limited traffic zone) at any time. Without a ZTL permit, cars may only enter the area from 6:00 PM until 6:30 AM, with paid parking available. On holidays, including Sundays, you may drive at any time. Motorcycles are exempt from the permit. Exiting the area is permitted at any time of day. Other things to note SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the entire apartment, smoke detectors with alarm are active. However, it is possible to smoke on the terrace connected to the living room and bedroom. The night before check-out, rubbish must be left at the main entrance, out of the building. It is advisable to leave it after 10pm. The day before check-in I will ask you the documents to register for the identification of all guests according to the Italian law.
