The space Apartment just steps from the Pantheon, featuring two bedrooms, a bright and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and a large terrace. Both bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned, and all areas have fast, free fiber Wi-Fi. The living room includes a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed (bedding for the sofa bed is provided only for bookings of 5 or 6 guests), a 55” curved Smart HDTV with Sky Cinema, Sky, YouTube, and Netflix, air conditioning, and a coffee table. A large French window opens onto the spacious shaded terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. The bedrooms feature comfortable double beds with pillows, Smart TVs with YouTube and Netflix, spacious wardrobes with mirrors, and a dedicated desk area. Both rooms are air-conditioned. A crib for infants is available upon request. Please request at least one day before check-in, as the crib is not set up by default. Additional cost: €50 per stay. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, toilet, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap) and a hairdryer. A washing machine is also available for guest use. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils: gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and toaster. It also includes a full set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and cutlery. Guests will find complimentary coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Cleaning supplies, laundry essentials, and an iron are also provided free of charge. Guest access The apartment is located on the 4th floor and, like many buildings in Rome’s historic center, there is no elevator. ⚠️ Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL) If you are arriving by car from the airport, please note: to drive freely within the historic center ZTL, a special permit is required, which we do not provide. Without a ZTL permit, car access is only allowed: Monday to Friday: from 6:30 AM to 18:00 Saturday: from 6:00 AM to 14:00 and after 19:00 Sundays and public holidays: full access all day Exiting the ZTL is allowed at any time Paid parking is available nearby Motorcycles are exempt from the permit 📍 Location & Transport The apartment is in the heart of Rome, easily reachable by taxi from the airport. It is also just 700 meters on foot from Piazza Venezia, the main bus hub connecting all bus lines across the city. 🔑 Flexible Check-in Guests can check in independently at any time using a Master Lock key safe. Other things to note SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the entire apartment, smoke detectors with alarm are active. However, it is possible to smoke on the terrace connected to the living room and bedroom. The night before check-out, rubbish must be left at the main entrance, out of the building. It is advisable to leave it after 10pm.
