La Pool House - Rouen

After 2 intense years of work, we finally made it. We created this cocoon of love for you, to be able to recharge your batteries as a couple, or have fun with family. This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. Enjoy it now 🤩 The space Our house, with a street facade on a one-way street, is centrally located in Rouen, a 2-minute walk from Verdrel Square, the tourist office, many bars, restaurants and shops. It seduces with its mixture of old charm and modernity ✨ We carried out the many works, including digging the cellar by hand to create a swimming pool, rare in the city center. Ideal for a couple, the house has a master bedroom with bathroom and toilet upstairs. Linens, towels and bathrobes are provided🧺. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, or you can simply stroll through the cobblestone streets of Rouen, discover the warm atmosphere and visit the many monuments of the city. Guest access The house is spread over four levels: - Cellar: a unique heated pool 💦 - Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and dining area - 1st floor: the living room with sofa bed and a reading area - 2nd floor: the master bedroom with bathroom and toilet ❤️ 🔑 Check-in is via a connected lock, which allows you to settle in at a time that suits you.
