Delightful apartment of about 75 square meters located on the second floor of a modern building with an elevator. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa that can be transformed into a bed, a bathroom with a window and a kitchen. Also perfect for medium and long stays, the apartment has air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, as well as a fast Wi-Fi connection. The space The apartment is on the second floor and can be reached by elevator. You enter a small hallway and from here directly into the living room or through a corridor in the sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and equipped with everything you need to cook. Dishes and tableware are at your disposal, as is everything you find inside the apartment. You will find a dining table suitable for 4 people, a large sofa and a television. The master bedroom is large with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and dresser. In the living room you will find a sofa that can be converted into a bed. The bathroom is complete with a shower. A washing machine completes the equipment. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal. Upon arrival, you will find: - Beds ready (except for sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows will be prepared ready for use). - Towels (one shower towel and one face towel for each guest). - Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry tablets, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and bags for separate waste collection. Other things to note Check-in methods will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In compliance with the Italian law on leases, we will be required to request a copy of the identity documents for communication of guests with the Public Security Authority. You always need to apply for stays longer than 30 days. In case of acceptance, it will be necessary to sign a contract, provide documentation certifying the temporary nature of the stay and be in possession of an Italian tax code. For the registration of the contract, a payment of 100 euros + VAT is required in case you have the tax code, otherwise 150 euros + VAT. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING In Milan, the heating period is established by the Municipality and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours a day, in the time slot between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The maximum temperature allowed is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.
