There are no cameras inside the property. ■ Parking and nearby roads Please check the listing and arrival guide for parking availability and instructions. Street parking and unauthorized parking in front of neighboring homes or facilities are prohibited. ■ Garbage disposal We will collect garbage after check-out. Please separate it and leave it inside the property. Garbage collection during your stay is available for ¥5,000 per collection. ■ Oversized and special waste Disposal fees will be charged if furniture, suitcases, or other large items are left behind. Suitcases: ¥10,000 per item. For other items requiring disposal, the actual cost will be charged. ■ Removal or theft of supplies Facilities and supplies, including shampoo, conditioner, and towels, may not be taken from the property. If any item is missing or has been removed after check-out, a ¥5,000 replenishment and handling fee will be charged. ■ Lost property We do not mail forgotten items. If you leave something behind, you must return to collect it in person. Before check-out, please check the rooms, around the beds, the bathroom, and inside the refrigerator. ■ Reservations and arrangements on behalf of guests We do not make restaurant, activity, or other third-party reservations on behalf of guests. Please make all arrangements directly yourself. ■ Surrounding environment Construction noise, neighborhood sounds, or outdoor odors may occur during your stay. These are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds or discounts. ■ Cleanliness, odors, and equipment If you notice any issue with cleanliness or equipment, contact us before check-out so our staff can inspect and assist. If no notice is given until after check-out, we cannot verify the issue and cannot provide a refund or discount. ■ Japan’s climate and insects Japan is humid, and insects may occasionally enter from outside. Although we clean and take preventive measures, complete prevention is impossible. If mosquitoes, cockroaches, or other insects appear, please use the insecticide provided. Insects are not grounds for a refund. The property is in a quiet residential area. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
