Bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, cups, and body towels are provided for the number of guests. There will be no change of towels and sheets during your stay. Please wash and use them by yourself. ⚫︎Laundry⚫︎ Washing machines are located in the backyard and dryers in the kitchen. Please use the washing machine between 7:00-22:00. The capacity of the washing machine is 7.0 kg and the dryer 6.0 kg. ⚫︎Children's items⚫︎ Two sets of children's tableware and children's chairs are available. If you need any other items, we may be able to provide them, please contact us. Guest access All are available. Other things to note This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please note that there is a somewhat steep staircase inside the property. Handrails are installed; however, for safety reasons, we recommend that guests with mobility concerns refrain from using the stairs. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including indoor and outdoor areas. Guests who smoke, including any accompanying persons, are not permitted to stay. If the number of guests differs from the reservation, or if there are stains, lingering odors, or damage to the property that cannot be removed through standard cleaning or laundering, or if any house rules are not followed, penalty fees or additional charges may apply.
