Casa Playa Verde, meters from the beach

Playa Verde (Green Beach) is a small and quiet resort celebrated for it's sandy coast and peaceful waters. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach you will find our historical house: "Villa Amelia", where you will find an always fresh'n cozy interiors decorated with vintage & art objects collected by my family. The set is completed by its almost 1000 mts of lush gardens with happy birds that can be enjoyed even from the salt water swiming pool or the BBQ, with it XL wooden table and the pizza oven. The space Our house was acquired by my family from the original owners, one of the first inhabitants of these countryside beach town, some 35 years ago and they started a restoration and embellishment process that has never ended. The house has now more than 100 years and has everything you need to spent a fantastic vacation with birds singing and the sea whispering in your ears. The main building has three rooms, one master bedroom (room 3) the other with two beds (room 1) and the bigger (room 2) one with three beds (one of them a bunk bed). The bathroom was recently renovated with natural stones and contemporary equipment. The living room is organized around the fireplace where you can also watch television, while someone could prepare the breakfast in an integrated kitchen. From the living room you can access the veranda where the sunsets over the sea, usually wins over any other attraction... even NETFLIX! On the backyard you will find the salty swimming pool, guest suite (room 4) and BBQ which is by far the most used space in summer. There you can cook on an industrial kitchen, a traditional barbacue or the wood burning pizza oven. Guest access The whole house will be at your service, just take care of it, as we have been doing for the past 25 years.
