All within 200 meters from the Hokitika Tambo, beach & river our home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Ideal for families and nature lovers, this is your perfect base for exploring the stunning surroundings and creating lasting memories. The space The best location in Hokitika! To the South of the property you look down onto well known Hokitika river which is rich in history due to its role in the 1860's Goldrush. West of the property is a short walk (80m) to the Hokitika beach and sunset point which is the spot to chill and watch a Westcoast sunset. All the shops, restaurants/bars are a short 5 minutes walk away from the property. * About The property * The garage is on the ground level with a Washer/Dryer combo ready to use, Beside is a laundry tub. - Washing powder provided You will then walk up the stairs to the livingroom/Kitchen space where there will be.. -Fridge/freezer - Smart TV with built in chromecast - Microwave - Air fryer - WIFI - Oven, cooktop & Other kitchen appliances. The living room has a pull out sofabed to sleep a total of 4 guests. Off the living room has a balcony where you have a great view of mount cook and the Hokitika river. There is one double bedroom with a king size bed. attached is a walk in wardrobe and bathroom. Out the back of the property has a stoned area with a picnic table, great for winding down. - Off this area has a gate to an open field, perfect for the kids. Guest access Free too use entire house apart from locked area underneath stairwell.
